The piece of art I am very pleased with. However, I placed my order on 17th Jan and paid £9 next day delivery. My item was delivered on 21st Jan. I have phoned twice and emailed 3 times to ask for a refund of my £9 and no-one has replied to any of my calls or emails.
It leaves me with a very poor experience with this Company and I would therefore hesitate to order from you again. Had there been a problem with the actual canvas I don’t feel there is any Customer Service back up to sort out any complaints.

Thank you for your order. I have checked our system and can see that the order was placed after the next day cut of point on the 17th. This was then processed and shipped on the Friday 18th January. Due to the weekend this was then delivered on Monday 21st January. I hope this clears up any confusion regarding the delivery timeline and you will consider us in the future.
